When you fill in the enquiry form, we receive the name, phone number, email address and message you provide. We also process data you give us by phone or email.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for no longer than 12 months after our last correspondence. If we enter into a contract, related data is kept for as long as the law requires.

6. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for visitor statistics, which uses no cookies and collects no information that identifies you. Fonts are loaded from the EU-based Bunny Fonts service without cookies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will reply within one month.

If you believe your data is being processed improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
